Our Evo Oil is unique for its qualities, with a pleasantly fruity taste, slightly spicy and balanced overall, intense and lively color and green with golden reflections. The olives are harvested from October to November and then pressed in a day in a continuous cold cycle to get to our Evo Oil blend pure and characteristic, very low acidity: a real cure-all!
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is versatile and pleasant, it represents an ideal condiment in the kitchen and brings together the tastes of everyone, also excellent in combination with our Campania Buffalo Mozzarella PDO “Il Parco”. It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place, away from light, heat sources and odours. Once opened, minimize exposure to air.
